Interesting License Plate - Interesting Location

Walking from Metro to work, I saw a car with a license plate "I Love City Life" (It had a heart instead of the word love, but I don't know how to show that via my blog)

Well, if the person loves city life so much, then why in the world are the driving when they could be taking Metro?
